It's hard. But I've been doing much better lately at making the time for it. I've fallen into a routine of swimming Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Jogging with the dog on Tuesday, Thursday, and a weekend day. Very happily, I'm finally seeing results! My arms have never been this toned! It feels great :) And I have a lot more energy (when I'm not tired from exercising!) So... hooray for getting in shape, girl!
