So far so good.. things here are ok. Mom is back, so I don't have to shoot up the cat anymore (she's diabetic) and she likes the rhododendrons I planted in her front yard for her. Whew! I got them on sale! One for 6$ and one for 9$! They sure are pretty, too. Actually, one is a pink azalea, but I figure that's close enough. :)

I tried a new recipe a few days ago. It turned out quite well, if you ask me! A few touch-ups and it's a family favourite! It's Monterey Chicken - yummy stuff! I got the recipe from cooks.com, and I just omitted the avocado and chillies, due to local family preferences. :) I give it the Elli seal of approval!
